I'm sitting here and my chest hurts. I have episodes of my throat closing and my eyes water. My friend. My coworker. All the pain I am emphasizing. I peek in on my youngest. And I cannot imagine a scenario that well no words. My heart aches for this family. And nothing I think or feel helps them. Pls pray with me. Lord grant us lost souls peace and rest tonight. There are hurt and broken souls trying to live. Hell just trying to breathe right now and that seems to hard. The weight of sadness and loss makes it stark and black. Please help each of us to find one lovely thing one thing to see. Feel. Smell. Cling to. God bless us
